Transcend's xD cards provide high capacity in one of the smallest memory formats available today. Original xD models write at 1.3mbs and read at 5mbs. The 1GB (Type M) model writes at 2.5mbs and reads at 4.0mbs. With rapid data transfer speeds, and an ultra compact design, the xD "Type M" card is truly the next generation of xD picture cards!
