When you send an order to Data Memory Systems, your credit card information is encrypted and secure while in transit. Your information is handled by the best encryption security available today. Once your order has been received by Data Memory Systems, it is entered into another server which is not Internet connected and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of our company.
Data Memory Systems retains customer-billing information for purposes of providing service relative to your order only. If you prefer that DMS does not retain your information you can email a request to have it removed from our database. Removing your information will only effect your warranty on memory.
Without your information, we cannot ship replacements to you until we receive the defective memory and dated proof of purchase; otherwise we will ship replacement memory immediately and recover the defective memory at our expense.

The information that you send to Data Memory Systems Inc. is kept confidential and safe. Data Memory Systems Inc. does not sell or release any personal data of our customers to anyone for any reason.
