New DDR4 Memory Goes Into Production Late 2012

Micron has this week announced that they have commenced shipping fully functional DDR4 DRAM modules to their major customers, in DIMM form factor. The first engineering samples being shipped are the next step in Micron’s plan to have DDR4 computer memory ready to go into mass production by Q4 2012.
